Free trial and billing

We currently advertise a 14-day free trial and no setup fee. Paid plans currently include Starter at $299/month and Growth at $499/month. Pricing, plan features, and billing terms may change with notice.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and reasonable setup details.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and industry requirements.
• Obtain any notices or consents required for call recording, AI disclosure, messaging, or customer communications.
• Maintain responsibility for your business decisions, scheduling rules, and emergency call handling policies.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee a specific number of booked jobs, revenue outcomes, conversion rates, or staffing savings. Performance depends on call volume, business processes, market conditions, and how the service is configured and used.

Availability and third-party services

Our services may rely on third-party vendors, telecom providers, CRM tools, hosting services, booking systems, and embedded scripts. We are not responsible for downtime or limitations caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, service workflows, software configurations, and related materials remain the property of Manta Media Company or its licensors unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability
